AT HOME ASSIGNMENT #1
Students Will:
- Watch the video below on how to Deconstruct a shot and the importance of counting shots.
- Watch the example below (Indiana Jones). You will create something similar to this using a different scene.
- Choose a scene from JAWS, RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK or BATMAN (1989).
- Count the shots, and in your own opinion, describe why they chose to set up the shots this way.
- Import the scene into Premiere and add text accordingly to describe your reasoning (including shot count).
- Export your video and submit to Jeri.
